Shipping policy

At Presidential Shirt, we take pride in ensuring your order is delivered safely, securely and as quickly as possible. Please take a moment to read through our shipping policy below.

• All orders are processed promptly after payment is received.
• Once your parcel has been handed over to the courier, it cannot be cancelled.

• South Africa: Free delivery nationwide with our trusted ground couriers.
• International: Orders are shipped via TUNL, FedEx, UPS or DHL. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and package weight.
• Free International Delivery: Enjoy complimentary shipping when your order total exceeds R10 000.

• South Africa: Delivery usually takes 3–5 business days. Remote areas may require an extra 1–2 days.
• International: Delivery typically takes 5–7 business days.
• A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched.

• Any import taxes, customs duties or clearance fees are the responsibility of the recipient. These vary by country and are beyond our control.
• If an international order is returned because customs clearance was not completed, a refund will be processed minus any return shipping, duty or customs charges incurred.

• Each order can only be shipped to one address.
• We require a physical business or home address—unfortunately, we cannot deliver to PO Boxes.
• Deliveries take place Monday to Friday ( subject to South African public holidays and festive season times.)

• As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link by email so you can follow your parcel’s journey.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

• Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery, provided items are unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with swing tags attached and in their original packaging.
• How to Return:
1. Contact Customer Service with your order number to request a return authorisation.
2. Once approved, you will receive a Return Form. Please return your parcel within 15 days of approval.
3. Items must be returned with tracking to:

Please avoid sending returns through the South African Post Office. We only accept courier returns with tracking numbers.

• Refunds: Once your return has been received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 14 calendar days (and no later than 30 days).
• Refund Method:

• Credit card or PayPal refunds are made back to the original payment method if still active.
• If not, a refund will be issued via bank transfer. Please include your bank details and a copy of your ID with your return for faster processing.
• Return Shipping Costs: Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, unless the item is faulty or has a manufacturing defect—in which case we will cover the cost.

Third-Party Courier Liability

For any service not handled directly by, we cannot accept responsibility for delays once the parcel is in transit. While we will always do our best to assist in following up, please note that delays beyond our control must ultimately be resolved with the courier under their Terms of Carriage.
