Refund policy

At Presidential Shirt, we are committed to ensuring you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we are here to help with an easy and transparent returns and refund process.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with swing tags still attached and in their original packaging.
  • Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.
How to Return an Item

  1. Contact our Customer Service team with your order number to request a return authorization.
  2. Once approved, you will receive a Return Form. Please return your parcel within 15 days of approval.
  3. Send your item with a trackable courier service to:

Please do not use the South African Post Office for returns. We can only accept tracked courier parcels.

Refund Process

  • Once we have received and inspected your return, your refund will be processed within 14 calendar days (and no later than 30 days).
  • You will receive confirmation once your refund has been issued.

 

Refund Methods

  • Credit Card / PayPal: Refunds are processed back to the original payment method if still active.
  • Bank Transfer: If the original method is no longer valid, we will refund you via bank transfer. To do this, please include your banking details and a copy of your ID with your return for quicker processing.
  • PayFast Transactions: In certain cases, PayFast may require banking details to initiate a refund. If this applies to your order, our team will reach out to you directly to request the necessary information.
Return Shipping Costs

  • The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
  • If your return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our side, we will cover the cost of return shipping.

 

Returns via Third-Party Couriers

When returning items, it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the parcel reaches us safely. We cannot accept responsibility for any lost, damaged, or delayed packages once handed over to a third-party courier.

To protect your return, please use a reputable courier service and provide us with the tracking information once dispatched. This ensures both you and our team can monitor the parcel’s journey.

We do not recommend using the South African Postal Service, as we frequently experience issues receiving returns through this channel.

 

Exchanges

  • If you would like to exchange your purchase for a different size or item, please follow the same return process above. Once your return has been processed, we will assist with sending out your replacement item.
