International delivery charges will be automatically quoted on checkout and are depending on delivery country and parcel weight. FREE international shipping will apply for orders with a value above R10000.
Delivery will take 3-5 business days to anywhere in South Africa. Please note that some areas out of our courier zones will take 1-2 days longer.
As soon as the parcel is handed over to the carrier, you will receive an e-mail with your tracking number.
Delivery times are quoted in good faith, but are handled by a third party. We cannot accept any liability as a result of a late delivery.
All international orders are shipped with DHL and arrive in 5-7 business days.

Orders shipped outside of South Africa may be subject to import taxes, custom duty fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, custom duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient’s country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient.
Presidential has no control over these charges, nor can Presidential predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely, you should contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond the original delivery estimates.
When ordering from Presidentialshirt.com you are responsible for assuring the product can be lawfully imported to your destination. The recipient is the importer on record and must comply with all laws & regulations of the destination.
If customs and duties are not paid by the purchaser and the package is returned to South Africa, Presidential Shirt will issue a refund minus any expenses incurred on return shipping, customs, and duties.
Deliveries will take place between Monday and Friday. Due to people not being home to sign for the delivery, we advise that a business address is provided. If a home address is given we cannot be responsible for theft as anyone can sign for the delivery.
We can only deliver to one address per order, in order to deliver to multiple addresses; you will need to place a separate order for each.
We do not send orders to POSTAL addresses, only home or work.
You can cancel your order by contacting Customer Service customerservice@presidentialshirt.com as soon as possible or by phone +27 021 204 4794 (GMT). Once your order has been handed over to the courier, it cannot be cancelled anymore.
We have a 30-day return policy for both National and International orders. The items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged with a swing ticket attached. To request a return, please email sales@presidentailshirt.com with your order number, and one of our team members will get in touch shortly.
Return shipping will be at your own expense unless there is a manufacturing defect; in this case all costs will be incurred by us.
For any reason a shipment is returned, be it a swap or refund, please note that the shipment is to be returned to Presidential Shirt first to be analyzed. We will be checking the quality of the returned shipment ensuring that the product(s) had not been worn or damaged.
In the case of a refund, please be aware that a refund will only be considered for goods purchased. We will not be refunding the shipping chargers for that will be paid by the customer.

Our shops are not able to process revocation requests.
Please note: any item that does not contain the cardboard or plastic packaging of the folder with the barcode cannot be exchanged, nor can worn or washed items.
Presidential Shirt’s website does not process exchanges but only returns against reimbursement. We will rather refund the amount of the returned items to allow you to place a new order with the products you want.
If the payment was made by credit card, and the credit card is still valid, the refund will automatically be made to the account linked to the card.
If the payment was made by Paypal, and the Paypal account is still active, the refund will be made to this Paypal account.
If the credit card or Paypal accounts are no longer active, our accounting department will refund you by bank transfer. In order to save time, please enclose a bank account number and a copy of your identity card in the return package or send it via the contact form in your customer area.
Provided all conditions are met, Presidential Shirt will reimburse refunds a customer who will have exercised his/her right of retraction within fourteen calendar days from the date of receipt of the parcel, at the latest within thirty days of receipt of the returned parcel.
The products will have to be returned by the customer at their own expense, undamaged, folded in their original wrapping with all the elements that allowed the packaging of these products, to the following address:
