FREE shipping applies for all orders within South Africa.

International delivery charges will be automatically quoted on checkout and are depending on delivery country and parcel weight. FREE international shipping will apply for orders with a value above R10000.

Delivery will take 3-5 business days to anywhere in South Africa. Please note that some areas out of our courier zones will take 1-2 days longer.

All international orders are shipped with DHL and arrive in 5-7 business days.

Orders shipped outside of South Africa may be subject to import taxes, custom duty fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, custom duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient’s country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient.

Presidential has no control over these charges, nor can Presidential predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely, you should contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond the original delivery estimates.

When ordering from Presidential.co.za you are responsible for assuring the product can be lawfully imported to your destination. The recipient is the importer on record and must comply with all laws & regulations of the destination.

Deliveries will take place between Monday and Friday. Due to people not being home to sign for the delivery, we advise that a business address is provided. If a home address is given we cannot be responsible for theft as anyone can sign for the delivery.

We can only deliver to one address per order, in order to deliver to multiple addresses; you will need to place a separate order for each.

We do not send orders to POSTAL addresses, only home or work.

We have a 30-day return policy for both National and International orders. The items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged with a swing ticket attached. To request a return, please email sales@presidentailshirt.com with your order number, and one of our team members will get in touch shortly.

The products will have to be returned by the customer at their own expense, undamaged, folded in their original wrapping with all the elements that allowed the packaging of these products, to the following address:

Provided all conditions are met, Presidential Shirt will reimburse refunds a customer who will have exercised his/her right of retraction within fourteen calendar days from the date of receipt of the parcel, at the latest within thirty days of receipt of the returned parcel.

If the payment was made by credit card, and the credit card is still valid, the refund will automatically be made to the account linked to the card.

If the payment was made by Paypal, and the Paypal account is still active, the refund will be made to this Paypal account.

If the credit card or Paypal accounts are no longer active, our accounting department will refund you by bank transfer. In order to save time, please enclose a bank account number and a copy of your identity card in the return package or send it via the contact form in your customer area.

Presidential Shirt’s website does not process exchanges but only returns against reimbursement. We will rather refund the amount of the returned items to allow you to place a new order with the products you want.
