We at Presidential believe in complete customer satisfaction. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us on info@presidential.co.za or call direct on 021 204 4794 so that we can arrange an exchange, voucher or refund.

When will I get my order?

We offer FREE, 3-5 business days delivery to anywhere in South Africa.  Please note that some areas out of our courier zones will take 1-2 days longer.

All international orders are shipped with DHL and arrive in 5-7 business days. International shipping will incur additional freight costs, which will be automatically quoted on checkout. Free international shipping will apply for orders with a value above R7000.

We can only deliver to one address per order, in order to deliver to multiple addresses; you will need to place a separate order for each. Note that we do not send orders to POSTAL addresses, only home or work.

Delivery times are quoted in good faith, but are handled by a third party. We cannot accept any liability as a result of a late delivery.

Due to people not being home to sign for the delivery, (we advise that a business address is provided, deliveries will take place between Monday and Friday) (Special delivery requests for weekend deliveries) we will unfortunately only deliver to business addresses, Monday to Friday. If a home address is given we cannot be responsible for theft as anyone can sign for the delivery.

If your goods have not arrived within 48 hours (South Africa), you may track your delivery via our site, email us, or call us and we will source and track your package for you.

Goods may be returned to us within a one month period (30 to 31 days depending on the month) from date of purchase, provided they have not been worn, and include all original packaging and invoice. Please include your original order number when returning.

Return shipping will be at your own expense unless there is a manufacturing defect; in this case all costs will be incurred by us.

For any reason a shipment is returned, be it a swap or refund, please NOTE that the shipment is to be returned to Presidential first to be analysed. We will be checking the quality of the returned shipment ensuring that the product(s) had not been worn or damaged.

In the case of a refund, please be aware that a refund will ONLY be considered for goods purchased. We will NOT be refunding the shipping chargers for that will be paid by the customer.

With return we kindly ask that the information of the return be sent to our office so we can track the shipment. Email info@presidential.co.za tacking number and company used to ship the return.

Orders are processed immediately, we are therefore unable to cancel orders, so please be sure of your purchase before checking out.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, all our international orders are shipped with DHL and are expected to arrive within 5-7 business days. Once the order has been collected by DHL, you will receive an email from us with the tracking number so you can trace your order online. Customs and import duties are levied by the receiving country and are therefore the buyer’s responsibility.
